Thank you for your interest, Jordin. Our quiet community is a great place to live. We don’t have any homes for sale at this time, but have ordered 4, which will be delivered about October. In our park you buy the home and rent the space. Our space rent currently is $525/mo plus $49 water and sewer. Our new homes will come with upgrades, plus carport, landscaping, 8×10 storage shed, AC, large decks, and vinyl fencing for around $175,000. We don’t finance the homes, but we have 2 good referrals for financing. When we have something ready we’ll be advertising them. I can keep your contact info and let you know when something opens up.

Im coming to Eagle for vacation in November and I would like to come over and look at any new homes you may .Im thinking of moving and just want to look at this time, maybe you can send me to a mobile home dealer so I can look at the new homes also.

Thank you for your inquiry, Wendy! We have two new Fleetwood Gas Energy Star homes coming that aren’t sold yet. One is about 1,500 sq ft, 3bd/2ba home. The other is 1,119 sq ft 3/bd2ba with a full length 8′ deck in front. They come with carport, vinyl fence, rock landscaping, 8×10 shed, AC added to central air, rock steps, and all the kitchen appliances. We expect that to cost us about $188,000. The smaller home will be less, but we haven’t gotten the bill from Fleetwood yet, so we’re not sure. Hi Christine, than you for your interest in our 55+ community for your mother. Currently we have one new home available. We’re finishing up the inside this week and should have the fence and carport by the end of the month.Our new Fleetwood 3bd/2ba gas energy star home is 1,190 sq feet, plus it has a 8′ deep and 24′ wide deck in front. It comes with blinds, kitchen appliances, AC added to central air, rock landscaping, carport, 8×10 storage shed, and while vinyl fencing. Fleetwood has raised their prices considerably, so the home with all the extras will be $188, 650. There is financing available through Northwest Housing in Nampa. There are several people putting their used homes for sale shortly. I expect them to be around $165,000. Our homes is at space #22.
